Assets Located: 1 Palmgate Crescent, Umbogintwini, eManzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal

Auction Terms & Key Dates
Payment Due: Within 24 hours after the auction — payment must reflect before 12:00 noon on the due date.
All Lots Sold: Subject to seller confirmation.
Buyer’s Premium: 5% applicable on all lots (includes 15% VAT).
VAT: 15% VAT applicable on the purchase price.
Site Clearance: Buyers must collect within 3 working days after the auction closes.
Upliftment & Removal Fees: Apply at certain depots.

Safety Requirements
Viewers must wear safety boots and a high-visibility vest. No access will be granted without proper safety gear.
